God's Eternal Love

TRUST IN ME

When you’re sad and feeling down
Trust in me; you wont be bound.
When times get hard and nothing’s right
Trust in me; I’m by your side

Come to me when all else fails
Trust in me; I’ll be there
When times get hard and storms pass by,
Trust in me and look up high.

When it seems like there’s no end
Trust in me; comfort I’ll send.
When your eyes are full of tears,
Just trust in me and have no fear

I know sometimes you can’t understand,
But trust in me; I’ll take your hand.
When times get dark and you can’t see the light
Trust in me; I’ll shine it bright

Times will come when you are tried,
But trust in me and do not hide.
If you strive not to fall
Trust in me, it’s worth it all.

GOD'S COMFORTING WORDS

Late at night while I’m sleeping
I can hear God’s voice while he is speaking.
I can hear his words of comfort and joy,
Words of love that I may rejoice:

My child you know I’ll walk with you
And hold your hand through painful trails.
I will never leave your side,
I’ll wipe away all tears from your eyes.

And my child when that day has came
You’ll have a new body and a new name.
You’ll only know a smile then
In my glorious, peaceful, place to den:

I have a mansion built just for you,
And it has many, many rooms.
When it feels like your alone
Don’t worry my child you’re coming home.

You’ll be at peace forever more
When I say “Well done,” and open the doors.
You’ll be at home when I close the gates
Just remember my child, I cant wait.

WHEN I MET YOU

There was a day that I met you
Oh! Your smile so beautiful too;
We started to talk more each day
Even though I didn't have much to say.

All of the words my heart told,
It was that moment love started to grow.
More and more as the days went by
I knew it was only a matter of time.

Feeling my heart as it skipped a beat,
My love for you was getting deep.
There was a chance I had to take
My love was real it wasn't fake.

As days passed, I couldn't take anymore
I said, I love you; it opened the door.
I took a few steps closer to you
And I heard the words; I love you too.

There was a darkness that filled my life
But you came along and shined it bright.
I love you now and forever more
Remember this, it's you I adore.

TRUE LOVE

Love's not from money or the things in life
It comes from the heart on the inside

True love doesn't push people away
But sometimes it's like it tends to fade

Sometimes love hurts, breaks our heart in two
True love brings you back together, in time, too

Love's not always peaches and cream
But love conquers all when you're a team

True love has its faults, makes mistakes
But true love, you see, never hates

Love finds a way to make things better
Love's not just for a moment, it's forever

If you give up because things go wrong
Then you'll never know true love for very long

Love makes us laugh, even cry
But true love never says goodbye

If this happens and love doesn't win
Then it wasn't really true love to begin with.
